Dr. Rudd-Barnard is a clinical neuropsychologist in California and New York who is dedicated to providing assessment and treatment services for individuals with challenges related to Neurodevelopmental Disorders (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum, genetic syndromes), Learning Disorders (e.g., reading, writing, mathematics, executive functioning), Concussion/mTBI, Foster Care/Adoption, Medical Complications (e.g., Epilepsy, Cancer, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Traumatic Brain Injury), and adjustment issues (e.g, peer-relational difficulties, mood difficulties, school transition challenges). Dr. Rudd-Barnard is also the primary assessment supervisor at The Help Group which is a nonprofit dedicated to serving children with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, developmental delays, abuse and emotional problems.

Dr. Rudd-Barnard received her masters and doctoral degrees from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology where she graduated with honors. She completed her internship training at New York University’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine where she focused on providing neuropsychological services to children and adults with complex medical conditions and neurodevelopmental disorders. She completed a two-year fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Lenox Hill Hospital where she focused on providing neuropsychological services for children with complex neurodevelopmental disorders and learning challenges. Following her fellowship training, Dr. Rudd-Barnard completed advanced training at Children’s Hospital of Orange County where she helped to develop the psychology consultation-liasion and neuropsychology services for the epilepsy program. Currently, Dr. Rudd-Barnarnd is the primary assessment supervisor for The Help Group’s psychology department where she supervises practicum-level graduate students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows.

Dr. Rudd-Barnard founded One Neuro in order to bring comprehensive services to children and families in West Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. She hopes that providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services at One Neuro will enable children and their families to receive premiere services with ease. Dr. Rudd-Barnard has experience providing expert testimony and is used to working closely with lawyers, physicians, and other treatment providers to ensure children and adult clients receive seamless services. Dr. Rudd-Barnard is also the coordinator for Los Angeles County Psychological Association’s Assessment Special Interest Group (SIG).
